During my time at Zulily I was given the opportunity to revamp their new hire orientation program. At the time, the program was a 6 hour program with no electronic resources and few managers knew what the learning points where. After a brief evaluation with new hires and business stakeholders, I widened the program to the New Hire Experience. The New Hire Experience now includes, online resources that a new hire can refer to later, a manager resource guide that explains the full process to a manager, and programming that last the new hires first 90 days.
